Louisa County Water Trails are a collaberative effort between the Naturally Louisa County partners and local volunteers.
Funding to develop the Odessa Water Trail was made possible by grants from Community Foundation of Louisa County, the Iowa DNR Water Trail program and private donations.
Funding is currently being sought to maintain Odessa Water Trail and develop an Iowa River Water Trail.
